The apartment is on the first floor without a lift, in a well-served and well-connected residential area. The bright open-plan living area has two French doors opening onto the balcony, a corner sofa, two armchairs and a TV. The adjoining open-plan kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven and dishwasher.
A corridor leads to three bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed and clothes storage. Two bedrooms also open onto the balcony. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are provided. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.
