The apartment accommodates three guests and is entirely on the ground floor. Its spacious open-plan living area has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa and a television. The private terrace opens from the living area and overlooks the city and surrounding greenery.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom, each with storage for personal belongings. There is one queen-size bed and one single bed. The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine.
