## About the house

The first-floor apartment has no lift and features modern furnishings with predominantly white interiors. The living area includes a sofa, two armchairs, a dining table and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-size double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and balcony access. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A hairdryer is provided.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, iron and television are available. Other apartments occupy the same building. Genoa airport and Genoa railway station are 25 minutes away by car.

The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. For arrival directions, use the Ekom supermarket and TIGUSTO Food & Grill burger restaurant as landmarks. Genoa airport and Genoa railway station are 25 minutes away by car.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. The published check-in window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be requested on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations. Booking information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
