The first-floor apartment has a corridor leading to a spacious living area with light-coloured furnishings and French doors opening onto a balcony. The living room includes a sofa, an armchair, a television and a dining table, alongside a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, oven and dishwasher.
Both bedrooms have a queen-size double bed and a wardrobe; one bedroom also has a desk for working from home. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are provided, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The building has no lift. Other separately offered apartments are in the same building. Genoa airport and the railway station are 25 minutes away by car.
