## About the house

Shell Shack is a refurbished beach house on a large grassy block, suitable for four adults and four children. It has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV and Google Home. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed; the third has two bunk beds sleeping four children. There is one combined bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet. A cot, high chair and changing mat are available. The front patio has outdoor seating and views of the surrounding hills. The back patio has barbecue facilities and Cape Cod chairs overlooking a large fully fenced backyard with a small kennel. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.

Apollo Bay Main Beach is 600 m away on foot. Town is a short walk or a two-minute drive away. A community indoor pool is nearby, off the property. The bunk beds are not suitable for adults.

Maximum occupancy is eight, suitable for four adults and four children. Pets must remain outside. Linen is not provided: bring your own or arrange linen hire. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events, are strictly prohibited. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to booking terms.
