The house

The home accommodates 12 guests in five bedrooms, with four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Three oceanside ensuite bedrooms have king beds and deck access. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom: one has two twin beds and the other has two twin-over-twin bunk sets. The second-level king suites include one with a five-foot shower; the third-level king suite has a standing shower and whirlpool tub. All rooms have ocean views.

The third level contains an open great room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook and half bathroom. The ground-level recreation room has a pool table and refrigerator, with an outside bathroom containing a toilet and shower. There are two refrigerators and two dishwashers, plus a blender, microwave, toaster, cookware, utensils, and drip and pod coffee makers.

Outdoor facilities include extensive decking, outdoor furniture, an eight-person hot tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor ping-pong table, cornhole and five beach chairs. Entertainment includes multiple TVs/DVDs, satellite TV and streaming TV. Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. The home uses a private well.

The property is oceanfront in Seagull Beach, with shopping, dining and entertainment in nearby Corolla. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is required for access, and parking accommodates four vehicles.
