The house

The home has an upstairs master bedroom with an ensuite and two ground-floor bedrooms. The shared bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet; the ensuite has a shower, toilet and vanity. Two living areas provide television entertainment, including Smart TVs with streaming services. A spacious balcony has a BBQ and bushland outlook, and an outdoor shower is available after beach visits. Split-system heating and cooling, an indoor fireplace and ceiling fans provide comfort. Linen and smoke alarms are provided. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove and toaster. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2.
