The apartment has a living area with a sofa, armchair, television and decorative fireplace, plus a dining table for up to four. The open-plan kitchen has an induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, electric plancha/crepe maker and raclette appliance. The bedroom has one 140 × 190 cm double bed. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer, and the toilet is separate. An iron and ironing board, a private keyed beach locker, and a parasol with screw-in base are provided. The residence has a paid laundry room and bicycle rack.

Fogeo beach and Port du Crouesty are each 300 m away. The apartment is on the first floor; the residence has no elevator. Parking is in the residence car park with no assigned space.

No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The apartment has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use domestic outlets for vehicle charging. A refundable €800 booking deposit is taken by card pre-authorisation. A 10% concierge service fee applies to the booking. Bed linen and towels are optional and separately charged; the end-of-stay cleaning service is optional at €40 per booking. Kitchen linen is €2 per booking and a bath mat is €3 per booking. The tourist tax is included in the total price. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
