Before you book
House rules
The booking guest must be at least 25. Maximum occupancy is 16 and includes infants, children and visitors at all times. Events, group gatherings and parties are prohibited. Interior fireplaces are not available for guest use. This is a smoke-free home; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Dogs require a fee per pet, and unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Notify the host in advance about a registered service animal or emotional support animal. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The home is on the shores of Lake Norman, just off a quiet, tree-lined street. A path leads to the waterside gazebo and dock, and private beach access is provided. Water depth fluctuates naturally. Before using the dock, consult Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems and depth maps and check your vessel's draft; dock suitability is not guaranteed for a particular boat. Onsite parking is limited to five cars, with no grass or street parking.
