House rules
The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the stay. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation guest count or the maximum of six. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residence. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. The property is not guaranteed free of pet allergens. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Subject to booking-channel terms, guests may be charged for damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or actual cost if greater, for rule violations or excessive mess; agency, utility or HOA fines and related damages; and up to one night's rental for late departure. Rule violations may lead to removal without refund. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for correction. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Unit-specific terms override general terms, and booking-channel terms control any conflict. The cancellation policy shown by the booking channel at booking applies.
Getting there
Beachfront location with beach access. Overflow parking must be off-site. Shared pools, hot tubs, parking areas and fitness centers are outside Avari's control.
