If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If the property is not rebooked, the original stay may still be used if payments are current and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Balance payments by credit card are capped at $3,500; amounts over $3,500 must be paid by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement's coverage details.
