House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not use the elevator if its gate or door locking system is malfunctioning, or if it makes unusual sounds or moves abnormally; do not attempt repairs.
Getting there
The home is oceanfront, with the sand and ocean steps away via a shared walkway with Persimmon St. Access. The home is on an unpaved private road. Parking is limited to seven vehicles. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
