Inside, this first floor, without a lift, surprises with an open plan combining the kitchen with the living room and dining room. You are sure to enjoy preparing your best recipes on the ceramic hob, eating or dining together and relaxing on the sofa with a good film on satellite television. There is air conditioning in this room and in the two bedrooms of the house. Both bedrooms have two single beds and one of them has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
