The house

The townhouse has a rear interior terrace with a saltwater pool measuring 5 × 3 metres, with depths of 1.1–1.7 metres. Outdoor facilities include two sun loungers, a barbecue, a furnished porch for meals, a garden and a furnished front terrace.

Inside are a spacious living room, dining room and equipped kitchen with air conditioning. The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and tea towels. Two bedrooms each have one double bed; the third has two single beds. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, wardrobes and fans. There are two bathrooms with showers, space for a cot, and a high chair.

Wi-Fi, television with satellite channels, towels and a hair dryer are available. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace.

S'Estalella Beach is 600 metres away, the S'Estanyol bus stop is 230 metres away, and a supermarket is 260 metres away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 33.4 km away. Restaurants and bars are in s'Estanyol and the surrounding area.

Pets, events and smoking are not permitted. A EUR 200 damage deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day. Guests under 16 are exempt.
