The house

The garden has plants, trees and flowers, a furnished terrace with seven sun loungers, a barbecue area for outdoor meals and additional sitting areas. The private chlorine pool measures 7 × 4 metres and is 0.8–1.6 metres deep, with an outdoor shower. Neighbouring properties mean privacy is partial. The pool has no jacuzzi.

The rustic main house has two floors. Its entrance-level dining room opens to a kitchen with a ceramic hob and oven. Three bedrooms each have a wardrobe and fan: one has a single bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, one has two single beds, and one has a double bed. A separate shower bathroom serves the rest of the house. Upstairs, the living room has a natural-stone wall, a dining area with outdoor access, satellite TV and a wood-burning stove. Central heating is available.

The attached house has an entrance hall and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and direct garden access. There is also an outdoor toilet and a garage laundry with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Up to two cots and two high chairs are available for babies. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

The property sits among fields near the Levante mountains, 2 km from Artà. Son Moll beach is 6.2 km away, and Capdepera Golf is 6 km away. Capdepera Golf and the beaches of Son Moll or Canyamel are reachable in a 10–15-minute drive.
