The house

The traditionally styled house has 86 m² of interior space on a 14,000 m² plot. Outdoors are a private chlorine pool measuring 6 × 4 metres, with depths of 1–2 metres, sun loungers, parasols, a garden, a terrace and a porch dining area with barbecue. The property offers full privacy.

The living room has air conditioning and satellite TV. The air-conditioned kitchen-diner has a gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. Each of the two air-conditioned bedrooms has one double bed; the first has an en-suite shower bathroom. A second bathroom has a whirlpool bath.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, a fireplace and central diesel heating throughout the house. Air conditioning provides cooling only. A cot and high chair are available, with an optional extra cot charged separately. There is free outdoor parking for four cars. The owner invites guests to visit a private antique-car museum.

Algaida has restaurants, shops and essential public services. The town is 0.3 km away, the bus stop is 0.4 km away and Can Pastilla Beach is 18 km away. Algaida is about 25 minutes by car from Palma and the sandy beaches of Can Pastilla and s’Arenal.
