The house

The two-storey villa has a living room with Smart TV, a separate dining room and a fully equipped gas kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.

There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with fans. One twin bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other bathrooms have a ground-floor shower and a first-floor bathtub. A cot and high chair are provided for babies. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are available.

Outside are a garden, sun loungers, a large terrace with rural views, a furnished porch for outdoor meals, a fixed barbecue and a chlorine pool measuring 6 by 3 metres with a depth of 1.60 metres. Free Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for three cars are available.

Santa María del Camí is known for its weekly market and traditional wine cellars. The town is 0.85 km away, and Can Pastilla Beach is 24 km away.
