The house has a living-dining room with a sofa, satellite television and dining table, opening onto a kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and crockery. The bedroom has one double bed and a wardrobe. A shared household bathroom has a shower. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, towels and a mobile fan are provided.

Outside, the private saltwater pool measures 7.5 × 4.5 metres and is 1.5–2 metres deep. There are sun loungers, a terrace, a thatched porch and a mobile barbecue. Almond groves surround the house, and the fenced orchard contains apple, fig, pomegranate, orange and plum trees. Views extend towards the Tramuntana mountains and the villages of Selva and Caimari.

Selva has a small shop and restaurants; Inca, 5 km away, has larger supermarkets and other shops and services. The surrounding area offers cycling, hiking and rock climbing, with excursions to Caimari, Moscari, Mancor de la Vall and the sanctuary of Lluc.

The airport is 42.9 km away, Inca train station 7.9 km, the Ctra. de Lluc bus stop in Selva 1.6 km, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 25.1 km and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 7 km. The accommodation is not the most suitable option for families with small children.

Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Firewood is not included. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Electricity carries a mandatory charge of 0.35€/KW. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day. Guests under 16 are exempt.
