## About the house

The villa has an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, sun loungers and table tennis. The private chlorinated infinity pool overlooks the sea and coastline, measures 11 × 5 m and has depths from 0.7 to 1.8 m, plus a children's area 0.60 m deep.

Inside, the living-dining room has air conditioning, satellite TV and a dining table. The fully equipped ceramic-hob kitchen connects to the dining area through a breakfast bar. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided.

Each of the four bedrooms has two single beds and air conditioning. Two bedrooms have an en-suite shower bathroom and direct terrace access. A third shower bathroom serves the whole house. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby. Free Wi-Fi is available.
