The 250 m² house occupies a 14,500 m² rural plot with a terraced garden, mountain views, a terrace and a porch. A 10 × 5.5 m swimming pool sits on an upper garden terrace, with depths from 1.20 to 2.20 m and eight sun loungers. A barbecue is available.

Inside are a dining room with Mallorcan furniture and a living room with sofas, TV, a fireplace and an extensive library. The equipped gas kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. The laundry room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Free Wi-Fi is available.

There are four bedrooms with countryside and garden views: one ground-floor bedroom with a double bed and three first-floor double-occupancy bedrooms with single beds. Two bathrooms, one on each floor, both have bathtubs. Four movable fans are available; there is no air conditioning. Up to two cots and two high chairs are available for babies.

Outdoor parking is free and accommodates five cars. Manacor is 4 km away and Porto Cristo beach is 16 km away. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.

Three bedrooms are on the first floor, and the pool is on an upper garden terrace. Outdoor parking accommodates five cars.

Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
