A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

Arenal de Son Saura beach is 1.3 km away. Exterior parking is limited to one car. The apartment has direct neighbours. No cot or highchair is available.
