The garden has natural lawn, fruit trees and six sun loungers beside a chlorine pool measuring 10 × 4 metres, with depths from 0.6 to 1.8 metres. A furnished porch has a fixed barbecue, and there is an outdoor dining table by the pool.
Inside, the open-plan living and dining area has a sofa, two armchairs and a Smart TV. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob and microwave. Meals can be enjoyed in the indoor dining room or outside.
