The two-storey house retains its traditional character. The ground floor has a living room with air conditioning and satellite TV, a separate dining room, a kitchen with a gas cooktop, a shower bathroom and a twin bedroom. Upstairs are four air-conditioned bedrooms: three with twin beds and one with a trundle bed. One upstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom, and there is a further shower bathroom on this floor.

The private saltwater pool measures 10 × 3 metres and is 1.20–1.60 metres deep. Sunbeds, several terraces and a barbecue provide outdoor space within the fenced, private property.

The house has oil-fired central heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a cot and a high chair. The kitchen also has a microwave and oven. The dining-room fireplace is decorative only. Free outdoor parking accommodates four cars.

The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
