The house has an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with a sofa, satellite television and a gas hob. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds placed together and one with a double bed. Both bathrooms have showers. A cot, high chair and three fans are available. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside, an artificial-lawn garden surrounds an above-ground chlorine pool measuring 5.5 metres in diameter and 1.3 metres deep. There are four sun loungers, a terrace with a pergola and barbecue, and a porch. Exterior parking is available free of charge for five cars.

Muro town centre is 6.2 km away. The house is beside s'Albufera Natural Park, with opportunities for hiking and cycling, and a cycling route passes the house. Ca'n Picafort beach is 6.1 km away; Can Picafort and Ses Casetas des Capellans are a few minutes' drive away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 57.4 km away, Golf Pollença 17.1 km, Muro train station 7.9 km, Muro bus stop 6.2 km, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry terminal 21.2 km and Hospital Comarcal de Inca 18.7 km away.

A mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season.
