The house

The 115 m² home is arranged on one floor, with rustic details and warm colours. The sitting-dining room has air conditioning and satellite television. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave and oven. The bedroom has a 2 × 2 m king-size bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. One cot and one high chair can be supplied for a baby. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with free Wi-Fi.

Outside are a patio, barbecue and spaces for reading and relaxing. The private saltwater pool measures 8 × 3 m, with depths from 1.2 to 1.9 m and views of the mountains. Free outdoor parking accommodates three cars.

Fornalutx is 200 m away, and Puerto de Sóller beach is 6 km away. The surrounding area offers hiking and cycling; Sóller has shops, restaurants and a historic railway connection to Palma de Mallorca.

Pets, events and smoking are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
