The 115 m² home is arranged on one floor, with rustic details and warm colours. The sitting-dining room has air conditioning and satellite television. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave and oven. The bedroom has a 2 × 2 m king-size bed and an en-suite shower bathroom.
