The fenced plot has outdoor relaxation areas, a chill-out area and a barbecue, with a few neighbours nearby. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 1.20–1.70 metres deep.

Inside, the house has a bright living room with satellite TV, a dining area and a separate kitchen with a gas hob and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, five fans and three radiators are available.

All three bedrooms are upstairs, each with two single beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is a shower bathroom on the ground floor and another upstairs. A cot and high chair are available.

Campos is 0.5 km away and offers supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and bars. Its fruit and vegetable market takes place on Thursdays, with a wider street market on Saturdays. Beaches including Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó and Colònia de Sant Jordi are around 20 minutes away by car. Boat excursions to Cabrera Archipelago National Park depart from Colònia de Sant Jordi. Palma is around 30 minutes away by car. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets are not allowed. Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Balearic tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
