Can I book only one or two rooms?
No. The entire home must be booked.
Can the cook prepare seafood or mutton dishes?
Yes, subject to ingredient availability and payment on site for the actuals plus cooking and cleaning fees.
Is loud music allowed?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
Are the roads to the property good?
Roads connecting to the property are described as good, but guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before travelling.
Can the home be reserved for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Yes, subject to the homeowner's approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost. A refundable deposit and additional charges may apply depending on the event and its requirements.
