The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Outdoor music is prohibited. Music played indoors must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Optional pool and spa heating carries an extra daily fee, with variable pricing; request it before arrival and allow up to 48 hours for heating.
Getting there
The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Los Compadres neighborhood. Downtown Palm Springs is four miles away, and Araby Trail is minutes away.
