The house

This 1,963-square-foot home accommodates four guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Its cabin-like interior features hardwood floors, wildlife pictures and a couch in the living area. A private entrance and self check-in are available.

The full kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. The home also provides air conditioning, heating, hot water, television, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a washer and dryer. Bed linens, fresh towels, a hair dryer and toiletries are provided.

Outside, a patio, grill and outdoor seating sit among the evergreens. The waterfront setting offers lake and water views, and guests have access to their own private dock. Parking accommodates four cars.

Hacker's Hill Preserve offers scenic views, wildlife viewing and picnic opportunities nearby. Pondicherry Park is a short drive away for hiking. A local team lives and works in Naples and is available by text during the stay. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.
