The breakfast area seats two and the dining table seats four. A den shared by the guest bedrooms has a wet bar, flat-screen TV and stationary bike. A Sonos speaker system, heating, linens, bath towels, an iron and ironing board, and a laundry room with washer and dryer are available. The expansive deck has a gas grill, a table seating four and a loveseat, with sunset and ocean-horizon views. There is a further outdoor seating area at ground level. The upper-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, TV, closet and deck access. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has eight twin/single beds, air conditioning, TV and a walk-in closet. If a guest cancels, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates, at the owner’s discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the original reservation total is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, the original dates may still be used provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule them during reasonable daytime hours.
