The house

The home sleeps up to six guests and has three bathrooms. The patio has a private pool, raised stone-tiled spa, lounge chairs, and a covered outdoor dining area with a ceiling fan and gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, an island with seating for four, stainless steel appliances, a range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, oven, stovetop, microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster. Cooking utensils are provided. An open-plan kitchen, dining and living area includes a gas fireplace; the formal dining table seats eight. The primary bathroom has a soaking tub and a frameless glass walk-in shower. A washer, dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and iron with ironing board are provided. Community amenities include a 27-hole golf course, multiple pools and spas, and tennis courts. Stagecoach and Coachella music festivals in Indio are six miles away. Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs dining, hiking trails and El Paseo shopping and spas are within easy reach.
