## About the house

Serenidad del Sur brings ocean views and jungle surroundings together in the mountains between Ojochal and San Buenas. The private pool, deck, outdoor kitchen and lounge provide an open-air setting for a group stay.

Three king bedrooms and a bunk room for four accommodate ten guests, with a private bathroom for every bedroom. The owner’s suite includes an outdoor bathtub overlooking the jungle. Indoor kitchen facilities, laundry, Wi-Fi and outdoor grilling support a comfortable stay. No spaces are shared with other guests.

## How does arrival work?
Guests meet a management representative and are escorted to the home. PIN codes are supplied approximately 48 hours before check-in.

## Can a travel cot be arranged?
A baby travel bed is available for an extra fee with at least 48 hours notice. Starter kitchen, cleaning and bathroom supplies are provided.
