House rules
Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am; keep indoor and outdoor noise to an absolute minimum during these hours. The house is not suited to late-night drinks, music or lively evenings. No smoking indoors. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for a fee. A £300 refundable security deposit applies. A minimum three-night stay applies during peak weekends and bank holidays. Long-term stays are allowed. Cancellation policy: 100% refund up to 14 days before arrival and 50% refund up to seven days before arrival. Getting there
Village shops, cafés and pubs are a five-minute walk away, with walking and cycling routes from the doorstep. Driving times are 10 minutes to East Grinstead, 20 minutes to Uckfield, 30 minutes to Crawley and Tunbridge Wells, and 35 minutes to Gatwick Airport. Local buses connect to East Grinstead for direct trains to London and the South Coast.
