## About the house

The house accommodates up to eight guests, has three bathrooms and a total floor area of 133.7 sq.m. It has a private entrance, a kitchen and dining table, a washing machine and free parking. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker and cooking basics.

Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and central heating are included. Other facilities include a TV, hair dryer, iron, hangers, clothing storage, hot water, shampoo and body soap. A baby crib is available, and the house is suitable for children and infants. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

Village shops, cafés and pubs are a five-minute walk away, with walking and cycling routes from the doorstep. Forest Row has independent shops, an organic food culture and a creative community influenced by more than 100 years of Steiner-Waldorf education. Nearby places include Ashdown Forest and the Winnie-the-Pooh trails, Emerson College, Tobias Art School, Standen House, Sheffield Park & Gardens and Weir Wood Reservoir for walking, sailing and wild swimming.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for a fee. Quiet hours apply from 10 pm to 8 am, and smoking indoors is not allowed. A £300 refundable security deposit applies. Peak weekends and bank holidays require a minimum three-night stay; long-term stays are also allowed.
