## About the house

Guests have access to the entire flat and its private garden. The living room has two large sofas, two armchairs and a large window. A round dining table near the back door seats four. The garden is surrounded by fencing and greenery.

The kitchen, reached through the living area, includes a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, cutlery and a dishwasher. A washer-dryer is also available. The home is fully self-catered; cooking basics and toiletries may be supplied but are not guaranteed.

The master bedroom has a super king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers, weights and exercise mats. Its en-suite has a walk-in rain shower, toilet and washbasin with storage. The second bedroom has one bed, a wardrobe and bedside lamps. The front-facing third bedroom has a single bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The separate family bathroom has a walk-in shower with two shower heads, a Japanese-style self-flushing and self-cleaning toilet, and a vanity sink.

Hotel-quality bed linen and towels, professional cleaning and 24/7 guest support are provided. This is a lived-in family home: some personal belongings remain in cupboards and wardrobes, with dedicated space cleared for guests. Nearby are Belsize Park's cafés and shops, Hampstead Village and Hampstead Heath's walking trails, woodland and bathing ponds. Northern Line stations at Hampstead and Belsize Park, Hampstead Heath Overground and local buses provide transport connections.
