The house

Built in 1957 and remodeled with contemporary interiors, the home has an open-plan living and dining area, a separate TV den, and two king bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom, smart television and storage. The equipped kitchen includes Viking appliances, a six-burner gas range, an oversized side-by-side refrigerator, breakfast bar and television. French doors connect almost every room to the gardens, pool area or verandah. Outdoor spaces include a private pool, spa, gardens, mountain views, fire feature, outdoor shower and verandah. Linens, towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer are provided.
