The house

The approximately 70 m² attic apartment is on the second floor, occupies one level and is reachable by elevator. The living room has a sofa area, a flat-screen TV, a large dining table and an open, fully equipped kitchen. Parts of the living-room ceiling exceed three metres in height. Two separate covered balconies are accessed from the living room and bedroom; balcony furniture is provided approximately April to October. The bedroom has a double box-spring bed, wardrobe space and a flat-screen TV.

The approximately 12 m² bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling window, a level-access rain shower measuring 90 × 145 cm, a toilet, towel warmer, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and washing machine. Underfloor heating, window privacy screens, radio, CD, DVD and Blu-ray players are provided. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, an initial supply of bathroom essentials, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through the Sylt Go!
