## About the house

The approximately 70 m² attic apartment is on the second floor, occupies one level and is reachable by elevator. The living room has a sofa area, a flat-screen TV, a large dining table and an open, fully equipped kitchen. Parts of the living-room ceiling exceed three metres in height. Two separate covered balconies are accessed from the living room and bedroom; balcony furniture is provided approximately April to October. The bedroom has a double box-spring bed, wardrobe space and a flat-screen TV. The approximately 12 m² bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling window, a level-access rain shower measuring 90 × 145 cm, a toilet, towel warmer, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and washing machine. Underfloor heating, window privacy screens, radio, CD, DVD and Blu-ray players are provided. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, an initial supply of bathroom essentials, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through the Sylt Go! scheme. The Biike bonfire on February 21 can be viewed from the balconies.
