The house

This newly built apartment has wraparound windows overlooking the Southbank skyline. The living area includes a five-seater chaise couch and a Smart TV with Foxtel, and opens onto a private balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave and an island breakfast bar that can also be used for laptop work. A four-seat dining table sits beside the window.

Both bedrooms have queen beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower, large mirror and toilet. A second full bathroom is accessible from the living area and has the same facilities, plus an in-unit washing machine. A dryer, hair dryer, iron and heating are also available.

Guests have access to a shared gym, indoor heated pool and outdoor barbecue area. Secure underground parking is free for one car. Eureka Skydeck, Kings Domain and the Melbourne Exhibition Centre are a short stroll away, with public transport available nearby.
