The house

This 7,000-square-foot, two-story Victorian Traditional house was originally built in 1880. It is on South Main Street between Southampton village's restaurants and shops and the ocean beaches, and accommodates up to 12 guests. A covered wraparound porch has rattan seating, while the interiors feature artwork, hardwood and carpet flooring.

All six bedrooms are on the second floor: two master bedrooms each have a king bed, and four guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. Master #1 and Guest Rooms #3 and #5 have televisions.

The living room has an L-shaped sectional sofa, and a paneled library/den provides a separate sitting space. The eat-in kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, wood cabinetry, an island breakfast bar for two and a long table. The formal dining room seats eight.

The sunroom has two walls of French doors, seating and a fireplace, overlooking a landscaped backyard with a private heated gunite pool. Bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer, hot water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a microwave and an outdoor grill are provided. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
