The hotel has four room categories: Standard, Deluxe, Superior and Family Suite. Rooms have air conditioning and private balconies. The restaurant serves American or traditional Lao breakfast and Lao lunch. Breakfast is included, with a choice of American or traditional Lao breakfast. Guests have access to the pool with their room. The hotel offers Wi-Fi and a cyber café. The Family Suite has a private kitchen, balcony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, minibar and hot water. Room categories have different Mekong River views: Standard has no river view; Deluxe has a limited view; Superior has an additional river view; and the Family Suite has a described view of the river.
