## About the house

Cottage No. 3 is a furnished holiday home for up to four guests, in a typical house divided into three properties. It has a private 4 m² terrace, shared shaded garden, living room with reversible air conditioning, open-plan equipped kitchen, dining table for four, and two upstairs bedrooms. One bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed; the other has two 90 x 190 cm single beds. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet. A washing machine is shared among four cottages. The communal pool is open from May 1 to September 28 and measures 9 x 4.5 m, with a depth of 1.1–1.4 m. The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Household linen is optional; ordered linen is provided for the stay without replacement. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for EV charging.

The Vézère river is 200 m away; Montignac-Lascaux town centre is 800 m away; the Lascaux caves are 2 km away. Distances are stated without a travel mode. The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No dedicated EV charging socket is available; use a dedicated charging point rather than domestic sockets.

No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. A refundable €800 security deposit is collected by card pre-authorisation per booking. A 10% Hoomy concierge service fee applies to the booking. Optional charges per booking: kitchen linen €2; towel set €7; linen for one double bed €18; linen for one single bed €14; final cleaning €95; bath mat €3; cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking. Household linen is provided for the stay with no replacement. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection. Low-season check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement.
