House rules

Maximum occupancy is four adults and one child. Smoking is prohibited. Pets must weigh less than 15 kg; dangerous breeds are prohibited. Bed linen and towels are not provided as standard. Optional charges per booking: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; linen for one double bed 18,00 €; linen for one single bed 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 74,00 €. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the whole stay, without replacement. Mid-stay cleaning is not offered. A mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the booking. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per booking is secured by card preauthorization with the final payment. Personalized arrival and departure services, heating and a cot are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. Low-season arrival and departure times can be arranged with the agency. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Cancellation is free up to 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before, and 100% from 15 days before, at arrival or for a no-show.

Getting there

The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Window guardrails are low; take particular care with children. Crique de Quai-Nul is 300 m away, Plage des Dames is 500 m away and Plage du Miné is 700 m away. Several beaches are reachable in a 10–15-minute walk. The walled town is 500 m away and Concarneau railway station is 1.5 km away. Carrefour City is 350 m away, Crêperie Le Petit Chaperon Rouge 450 m, Le Ptit Resto 500 m, E.Leclerc 3 km, Centre hospitalier de Cornouaille 4.5 km and Golf de Cornouaille 7.5 km.
