House rules
No smoking. No events or parties. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The apartment has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use domestic sockets for vehicle charging. Bed linen and towels are not provided and are available for optional fees. Optional charges include kitchen towels (€2 per booking), a towel set (€7 per booking), linen for a double bed (€15 per booking), linen for a single bed (€12 per booking), end-of-stay cleaning (€60 per booking) and a bath mat (€3 per booking). A 10% concierge service fee applies to the booking. An €800 refundable security deposit is taken as a card pre-authorization. The tourist tax is included in the total price. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover; arrival and departure times may be flexible in low season by arrangement.

Grande Plage de Saint-Gilles is 20 m away. The apartment is on the fifth floor; the residence has an elevator. The listing identifies the apartment as not adapted for people with reduced mobility. A private parking space is available near the building.
