House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Do not charge electric vehicles using the house’s electrical outlets; use a dedicated charging point. Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen can be ordered for the stay and is supplied on arrival without replacement. Mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A refundable €800 per-booking deposit is taken as a card pre-authorization. The final-cleaning fee is €150 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fees are 10% of the reservation. Optional linen charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; bath mat €3 per booking. A travel cot is included. The listing indicates the tourist tax is included in the total price.

Margaret Beach is about 400–500 m away and Grande Plage is 500 m away. The home is in Préfailles, with shops and markets nearby. Free street parking is available in front of the house; there is no private parking.
