The house has a living room, dining area and equipped open kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and food processor. A laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Two shower rooms with toilets are on the ground floor. The enclosed 200 m² grounds include garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a 24 m² terrace. A travel cot is provided. The television is for playing DVDs only. Bicycles can be secured on the property. Free street parking is available in front of the house; there is no private parking space.
