The house

The condo sleeps four and has updated coastal interiors in a 1970s building. A private balcony offers partial ocean views and outdoor seating. The open living area has seating, a Smart TV and a dining table for four.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker and blender. Its window offers a glimpse of the ocean. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and portable air conditioning. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and balcony access.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, one included parking space, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. There is no central air conditioning; two portable units serve the living area and primary bedroom. The building has an elevator, but the hallways and elevator retain their older style, and the elevator can be slow. Children are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed.
