Can I stay without booking a retreat?
Yes. The hotel offers B&B stays without a retreat programme; guests can plan their holiday independently and book individual classes and treatments.
What facilities are available?
Guests can use the heated saltwater pool, sauna, gym, quiet gardens and meditation spots.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. A generous daily brunch is included, with freshly baked bread, homemade granola, fresh fruit and local produce. Vegan and gluten-free diets and allergies are accommodated; coffee, tea and water are available all day.
Can hotel guests have dinner?
Yes. Organic dinner is available by advance booking at least one day ahead and includes an aperitif, starter, main course and dessert. The stated price is €45 per person.
Can I rent an electric bike?
Yes. Electric bikes and electric mountain bikes are available to rent for €25 per day.
How far are the beaches?
Beaches in the area are about 15 to 35 minutes away, depending on the destination. Some coastal and Ria Formosa locations can also be reached by bike or boat.
