The house is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a living room with Smart TV, a fully equipped gas kitchen with a dining area, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are a second twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom containing a shower and bathtub. There is also an outdoor toilet.

Outside are a 9 × 7 metre chlorine pool, an outdoor shower, a paved sunbathing area, sun loungers, parasols, a garden, a large porch, a terrace and a barbecue for outdoor meals.

The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
